Study Visit on Youth Civic Participation, for SALTO EECA (2024)

ProDeForm served as the host organization for the Study Visit on Youth Civic Participation, organized by SALTO EECA, and undertook several key tasks to ensure the event’s success. This includes planning and coordinating the visit’s logistics, such as arranging travel, accommodation, and local transportation for participants. The organization also curated a diverse and engaging program, featuring site visits to exemplary youth organizations and civic projects in Armenia to facilitate meaningful discussions and knowledge exchange.

 Development of a Manual on Volunteering and Civic Engagement and Conducting Workshops on Volunteer Engagement (2024-2025)

Under the current contract with the Near East Foundation (NEF) as part of the STRIVE for a Better Future: Communities and Civil Society Resilience in Armenia (STRIVE) project, ProDeForm LLC has undertaken the following key tasks: development of a concise and practice-oriented manual on volunteering and civic engagement; assessment of the need for a volunteering time-bank platform in Armenia; organization of 9 capacity-building workshops for civil society organizations (CSOs); implementation of 22 informational sessions for current and prospective volunteers.

Development of National Classification of Skills, Competences, Qualifications, and Occupations of Armenia for UNDP Armenia (2024)

The scope of work revolves around AI-generated translation and editing of the National Classification of Skills, Competences, Qualifications, and Occupations of Armenia based on/mirroring European Classification of Skills, Competences, and Occupations (ESCO), as well as adapting it to the Armenian context through discussions with relevant sectors and industries, in close collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

Research Capacity Building for Civil Society Organizations (2024, on hold)

Democracy International has been implementing the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) supported Protection, Inclusion, and Empowerment (PIE) Activity. ProDeForm has been contracted to conduct a rapid analysis of Armenia’s CSO landscape and identify CSOs active in the Armenian social protection space and identify CSOs’ research capacity. As a result of the findings of the rapid analysis, ProDeForm identified 24 CSOs to participate in a series of training sessions and trained CSOs in research methodologies, data collection, data analysis, reporting, and advocacy, empowering them to conduct rigorous independent research.

Saving Environmental Rescuers – Supporting the Eco-Scene (2025 – 2024) with Dialogue for Understanding with Financial support of the German Federal Foreign Office

ProDeForm has developed and is currently delivering a comprehensive suite of capacity-building trainings, workshops, and forums focused on climate change mitigation and adaptation. The organization conducts extensive research to identify best practices in these areas and has created an online platform that serves as a library for these practices. This initiative facilitates collaboration with leading experts, academics, and researchers in the field of climate change.

Support with Organization of Math and Python Examinations in Target Schools for FAST (2023-2027, recurring)

“Generation AI” is a multi-layered and comprehensive educational program developed by the FAST Foundation in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, and other sectoral structures and organizations. ProDeForm supports the organization of Math and Python examinations in target schools for the FAST in Yerevan, and the cities of Tavush, Lori, Shirak, Syunik, Armavir, and Kotayk regions. This includes the recruitment of proctors and full management of logistics to secure the successful implementation of the exams.

Asset Mapping of 35 Settlements of Akhuryan Enlarged Community (2023 – 2024)

The outputs of this task included an analytical report of the assets in Akhuryan enlarged community, a database of the assets with assessment of their condition and impact on community development, and a GIS-based map of the assets in Akhuryan.

Digital Transformers Study Visit, SALTO EECA (2023)

ProDeForm acted as the hosting organization for the Study Visit “Digital Transformers”, organized by SALTO EECA, and undertook several key tasks to ensure the event’s success. Support with Assessment of Impact from the New Educational Standard in STEM Subjects for AYB Educational Foundation (2022, 2023)

Within the framework of the current contract, ProDeForm supported the organization and assessment of examinations in target schools in various regions of Armenia. This included the recruitment of 120 proctors and full management of logistics to secure the successful implementation of the exams and assessment.

“Institutional Capacity Building of Six Partner Youth NGOs” for World Vision Armenia (2021 – 2022)

Under EU-funded “EU4Youth – Empowered and Active Youth for a more Democratic Armenia Today and Tomorrow” project World Vision procured ProDeForm LLC to execute “Institutional Capacity Building of Six Partner Youth NGOs” contract. The goal of the contract was to develop the capacities and potential of the six target youth NGOs so that they can work and empower the youth living in their areas and engage them in community life, decision-making processes, and other, particularly youth-related processes. The team of ProDeForm’s experts supported the development of organizational strategies and action plans for the youth NGOs, built the capacity of the staff and members, and created internal policy documents for 8 thematic areas.

ProDeCoR – Professional Competence Development for COVID-19 Recovery

Under this Visegrad Fund-funded project, ProDeForm LLC supported Armenian Regional Youth NGO to develop training modules on Freelancing, Digital Competencies, IT Tools for Education, Professional Competencies, and Data Collection for Youth Workers. ProDeForm delivered 23 trainings with these modules, reaching over 400 participants in Yerevan and Lori marz from the education, civil society, and employment sectors.

Development of Small and Medium Enterprise Online Training for the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia (2020-2021)

Based on the contract with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) Country Office Armenia ProDeForm team developed SME Competence Framework, training methodology, trainer manual, and participant handout to be used for SME trainings by the Ministry of Economy.

Support to the Development of the National Youth Policy Strategy for 2021-2025 (2021)

National Youth Policy Strategy for 2021-2025 is developed through the technical assistance of the EU to the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia. The founder of ProDeForm – Arsen Simonyan was directly contracted by the EU for this task. Additionally, seven experts of ProDeForm have been involved in drafting the Strategy and organizing two meetings with key stakeholders of the youth policy.

Training Program for Diaspora Teachers for MESCS (2020, 2021, 2022)

Based on the contract with the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia ProDeForm team in partnership with Feature LLC conducted online trainings for Diaspora teachers in 2020, 2021, and 2022. Within three years, 120 Diaspora teachers went through 600+ hours of training. The project team included 34 trainers, 8 technical assistance specialists, 4 coordinators, and an admin team.

Organization of EU4Youth: Youth Employability and Entrepreneurship project Kick-Off Event in Armenia for CPMA (2022)

In June 2022 ProDeForm LLC supported the Central Project Management Agency (Lithuania) with the organization of the EU4Youth: Youth Employability and Entrepreneurship project Kick-Off Event in Armenia. The event had a hybrid format with synchronized translation between Armenian and English.

Logistic Support for the Organization of the Annual Meeting of EU SALTO Network Representatives (2022)

In September 2022, under the framework agreement with the SALTO Eastern Europe and Caucasus Resource Center ProDeForm LLC organized the Annual Meeting of 11 SALTO Network organizations in Gyumri, Armenia. 2 more events are planned for 2023, including a study visit on the topic of women in labour market.

ProMovEnt (2020-2022)

The EU-funded project focused on supporting entrepreneurial initiatives of young people in 6 target countries of the EU and Eastern Partnership through the provision of entrepreneurship trainings and mentorship. The project produced specific results, including two manuals for youth workers on how to organize youth clubs for the development of entrepreneurial competences.

ProDeForm – Professional Development Platform (2019-2020)

The project was funded by the International Visegrad Fund and focuses on the creation of ProDeForm LLC. Through the project partners developed training modules on entrepreneurship and employability, conducted training courses for ProDeForm pool of experts, and helped to establish the company vision and brand.

Capacity Building of Grassroot CSOs through Online and Offline Trainings for People in Need (2021-2022)

People in Need implemented the EU-funded “Civil Society Actors as Drivers of Change in South Caucasus and Moldova” project. Through an open tender process, ProDeForm LLC was selected to provide online and offline training, coaching, and mentoring to 15 grassroot CSOs targeted by the project. Topics for trainings and mentoring include: constituency engagement, civil society networks and partnerships, policy and advocacy, civil society engagement with the private sector, and internal governance and team dynamics, fundraising, and proposal writing. As a result of the successful collaboration, the contract had two extensions for the provision of additional trainings.
